Most Blue Chip Report formats may be customised to suit individual practice needs. All Reports print out in attractive proportional fonts.

Flexible Report Selections search and summarise data according to user-definable criteria, enabling you to create and save your own Reports.

All Reports are able to be previewed on screen.

Multiple Statement formats may be created for companies, allowing some companies to receive a Statement with one patient per page, and others one patient per line.

Improved Day Sheet details amounts invoiced, received, adjusted and deleted; monies taken; list of all appointments made or changed that day.

Deposit Slips display a running balance of total cash and total cheques awaiting banking.

Ability to print duplicate Deposit Slips.

Bank Reconciliation Report details each Deposit Slip & EFTPOS payment made within a specified time period - enabling cross-referencing with bank statements to ensure that all deposits and electronic payments were correctly received by the bank.

Day Sheet Report provides a complete record of financial transactions if required, which acts as a handy reference or audit trail, should you require this information off-line.
