Configuration

In PracSoft Configuration, most of the functionality has been made available through the Setup menu in the PracSoft Waiting Room program. PracSoft Configuration has been retained in its original form for those who are used to using it.

Letterheads - adding a new letterhead but the old one keeps showing

What has occurred is that a letterhead is saved to each permanent doctor, but you have the wrong letterhead nominated for that particular doctor. To correct this...

1. Click Admin - Drs On - Permanent - Edit Permanent Dr.
   
2. Nominate the correct letterhead.
   
3. Click OK.
